Our Team

Philipp Wittek is an associate at Schima Mayer Starlinger Attorneys at Law.

He advises and represents national and international clients in the areas of Austrian and European competition law as well as civil law.

He completed his law degree at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. Before and during his studies, he worked for several years as a product manager in wholesale and retail. After completing his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Vienna, he worked as a trainee attorney at the Austrian Financial Procurator’s Office, primarily in the area of civil and state aid law. In addition to his work at sms.law, Philipp Wittek is currently completing a PhD in European competition law at the Johannes Kepler University Linz.
