Matthias Gangl, LL.M. is an associate specialising in the areas of corporate law / M&A, banking & finance and real estate law. He advises clients on various matters of Austrian and international commercial law.

Matthias studied law at the Faculty of Law at the Karl-Franzens University in Graz and completed his master’s degree in “International Business Law” at Tilburg University (Netherlands). Before joining Schima Mayer Starlinger Attorneys at Law, he gained valuable professional experience at a renowned international commercial law firm based in Vienna.
