The team of Starlinger Mayer Attorneys-at-Law around Christian Mayer and Thomas Starlinger is known above all for their know-how in antitrust and competition law as well as in energy law. With Georg Schima and Birgit Vogt-Majarek, prior belonging to the former law firm Kunz Schima Wallentin, the four founding partners are complete. Georg Schima heads the team for corporate law, corporate governance, litigation and arbitration. His expertise is renowned especially in corporate governance issues of joint stock companies, in the banking sector, as well as private foundation law. Their nationally renowned employment law Team together with the partners Natalie Hahn, Maria Schedle and Valerie Toscani was also brought in and is now an especially valuable part of SCHIMA MAYER STARLINGER. Constantin Eschlböck is an expert in advising companies on litigation, public litigation and international arbitration. His long experience in corporate and corporate law has resulted in several mandates advising and leading international (corporate) criminal proceedings. He also contributes the expertise gained to internal investigations and compliance consultancy in companies.
The highly reputed advisory service in complex matters of corporate law and foundation law, in corporate governance as well as executive and supervisory board issues will also be continued and expanded after the merger.
