Energy Days 2015 with Thomas Starlinger
The conference “Implementation of the Energy Efficiency Act” as part of the Energy Days 2015 will feature Thomas Starlinger speaking on the topic “Competition law and Compliance – What is legally possible when trading energy efficiency measures?”.
The implementation of the Energy Efficiency Act, which entered into force in 2014, is a hot topic for Austria’s energy business – as energy provider for the first time have to demonstrate energy efficiency measures this year. The topic will therefore be scrutinized from a range of perspectives at the Energy Days 2015, with Thomas tackling some of the legal questions related to issues such as passing on of costs to customers or trading with energy efficiency measures.
